Certain Services allow you to submit assignments, discussion posts, research, comments, questions, videos, images, feedback, or other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your original User Content.

  • your submission does not violate another person's rights;

We appreciate suggestions for improving our Services.

If you voluntarily submit ideas, recommendations, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant LPU a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that feedback without compensation or obligation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This provision does not affect your ownership of any independent intellectual property unrelated to the submitted feedback.
